Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AccountPilot, provided by YOUR LEGAL NAME / ENTITY.
1. The service
AccountPilot is a local-first creator publishing workspace that may provide account connection, content preparation, review, scheduling, publishing, status tracking, analytics context and AI-assisted workflow features.
2. Authorized accounts only
You may connect and operate only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining accurate authorization and for promptly removing access that is no longer permitted.
3. Creator control and consent
You are responsible for reviewing media, captions, privacy, interaction settings, commercial disclosures and other post metadata before approval. Automated scheduled execution may occur after you expressly approve and arm an exact post package. Material changes may invalidate approval and require a new review.
4. Content responsibilities
You must have all necessary rights and permissions for content you publish. You may not use the service for spam, impersonation, deceptive activity, unauthorized scraping, infringement, unlawful content, platform manipulation, or other activity that violates applicable law or connected-platform rules.
5. TikTok and third-party services
AccountPilot may integrate with TikTok and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, API limits and eligibility rules. AccountPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process, display, recommend or retain any particular post.
6. Availability and scheduling
Scheduling is an execution plan, not a guarantee of platform publication. A post may be delayed or blocked because of authorization expiry, creator capability changes, rate limits, media validation, network failure, platform review, API availability or policy restrictions.
7. Security
You are responsible for securing your computer, operating-system account and connected platform accounts. Do not share access credentials or bypass product safeguards.
8. Intellectual property
The AccountPilot software, website, visual identity and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide to the service.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform requirements, or material violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, platform approval, account growth, reach, engagement, monetization or any particular publishing result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOUR LEGAL NAME / ENTITY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, connected platforms, unavailable APIs, or content decisions.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Indonesia, subject to mandatory consumer or privacy protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product, law, or platform requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
